Shipping policy

We get it. You need your weenus moisturized and you need it now. Here is everything you need to know about getting Wet Weenus to your door.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on it.

Free. Always. On every order. No minimums, no tricks, no fine print. We cover the shipping so you can focus on what matters: your weenus.

Every jar of Wet Weenus is made to order. Once you place your order, please allow 5 to 9 business days for your order to be processed, branded, and prepared for shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days within the United States. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

From the time you place your order to the time it arrives at your door, please allow approximately 8 to 14 business days. We know that is not Amazon Prime speed. Good things take time. Your weenus is worth the wait.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use that tracking number to follow your package through its journey to your elbow.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you made an error, contact us immediately at [your email] and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
